How long does it take for delivery?
We use Canada Post to send our orders. Bynumide reserves the right to use discretion when it makes more sense to use an alternative delivery method. The delivery timeline is between 2-10 business days.
What happens if the item I ordered is back-ordered?
In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items on back-order will be shipped when they are in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by email.
Why am I being charged for delivery on my order?
All our delivery charges are pre-set by our courier company Canada Post. We sell some oversized items which require a specialist courier company to fulfil the delivery, there could be an additional charge for these.
Can I collect from a local store?
We are a designer-to-consumer business and want to minimize the number of intermediaries and guarantee the quality of our offer. We do not offer a pick-up service due to the nature of our products.
Can I track my item?
Yes. You will receive a notification as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number.
How does bynumide select their products?
We are keen to meet driven and creative designers and take pride in serving them. We support grassroots initiatives working with local communities, helping them build more substantial businesses, develop their crafts and get products to a global audience in a sustainable way.
Will I have to pay any shipping duties?
Our products are shipped worldwide to our fulfillment centers in Canada, then delivered to your home. You will not have to pay duty on your order as we handle all import fees when we bring them into Canada. If you are asked to pay duties on your packages for any reason, please email hello@bynumide.com.
Can I send bynumide products as a gift?
Of course! We ship to Canada and the United States—and we take care of any specific message and wrapping because we know that you are unique, so you want to treat carefully about your loved one.
