Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order with Bynumide, you are reserving an item that is not yet available for immediate shipment. By completing a pre-order purchase, you agree to the following terms:

Cancellation by the customer Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the order has been fulfilled and shipped. To cancel your pre-order, contact us at return@bynumide.com with your order number. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Estimated shipping date We will provide an estimated shipping date at the time of purchase. If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order within the stated timeframe, we will notify you by email with a revised date and your right to cancel for a full refund.

Payment Payment is collected at the time of purchase. If your pre-order is cancelled by Bynumide for any reason, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Changes to pre-order items In rare cases, product details (such as colour or finish) may vary slightly from what was shown at the time of pre-order. We will notify you of any significant changes and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.
